U.S. Supreme Court Nominee and the Iraq Constitution Are Saturday and Sunday Topics 20-21 August

Press Conference USA and Encounter offer background and insight into complex subjects

On Saturday’s Press Conference USA, guest Linda Greenhouse, Supreme Court correspondent for The New York Times and author of "Becoming Justice Blackmun," talks about the conservative justice who became the author of the famous Roe v. Wade decision, which legalized abortion in the U.S. She also presents her insights into the most private of America's three branches of government and the nomination of Judge John Roberts to replace Justice Sandra Day O'Connor on the high court. Greenhouse participates with VOA National Correspondent Jim Malone and host Carol Castiel.
