Aliyev also addressed the Azeri-Armenian conflict and the participation of Armenian delegates in the forthcoming annual conference of NATO's Parliamentary Assembly in the Azerbaijani capital, Baku. "We cannot isolate ourselves," he said. "We want international events - seminars, conferences - to be held in Azerbaijan."
